Ryan Eastman

Ryan is a Master’s student in the Biomedical Engineering Program at Boston University.

Ryan received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Biological Sciences and Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He studied a variety of topics, most notably the predation habits of the wolf spider H. carolinensis, before deciding on Biomedical Engineering. He also competed as a Cornhusker in both Men’s Cross Country and Track & Field, earning Academic All-Conference honors in each season he competed. Outside of the lab, Ryan enjoys going for long runs, playing recreational basketball and golf, competing in PC games online with friends, and taking afternoon naps with his two cats.
